Email Templates

Email templates allow you to store text templates for use with Email Introductions and Welcome Text screens for use with any session.

Templates are assigned to a session at the time of creation. When selecting a session that allows emailed invitations, drop down menus are available that allow you to select a saved template. The default template that is offered initially is a blank template, allowing you to send an invitation without any additional text.

To build templates, Add or Edit a Session, and click on the red arrow next to a template menu. This will then expand the Template Editor. This editor allows you to build templates for email introductions, welcome text, for both standard session types, and 360 sessions.

Click on the + button and give your template a name, then press the Save button.

You can now add text to your template. Templates that are to be used for Email Introductions can use HTML code, allowing you to fully customise email invitations.

To add system variables to the template, right click on the template screen and select the variable that you wish to insert.

Once you have built the templates you wish to use, close the template editor window, and use the drop down menus to select the templates you wish to use.
