Answer sheet session allow you to input paper & pencil based scoring sheets directly into GeneSys Online for scoring and reporting. The onscreen virtual answer sheet mirrors the layout of the paper based version, and scores can be entered either with the mouse or numbered keypad.

| To Add an Answer Sheet session click on the “Add” button in the Sessions column. The middle column will now change to allow you to select which session type you wish to use. Select Answer sheet from the list of available sessions. In the Right hand column enter a brief description of the session. The brief description will serve as a title for the session, and can allow you to identify it at a later date. Once you have entered this information you can save the session by clicking on the “Save” button above the middle column. |

| To Edit a session, first select the session from the column, and then press the “Edit” button above. You will now be able to change the type of session you are administering or the description of the session. |

| To enter data from an answer sheet you will first need to add the respondent to the session. This can be done in one of two ways; Individually or batch import. To add respondent to the session individually select the session in the left hand column so that appears orange. Now click on the “Add” button in the respondent column. You can now add the respondents: Once you have entered this information click on the “Save” button above the column. To launch the test, click on the icon next to the respondents name. The answer sheet will launch, enter the bio data on the left hand side of the screen, and either use the mouse or number keys to enter the answers as they appear on the answer sheet. | Sessions are automatically deleted after one year. However, if you wish to delete your session before that, select the session that you wish to delete from the Session column, then right click on it. You will be offered a menu of actions to perform with the session. Select Delete from the menu. Please Note: The Delete function is a destructive operation. By deleting a session you will lose it and any respondents from within the session. If you wish to keep the respondents data you can select all the respondents within the session, right click on them and select “cut”. You can now select another session to paste them into. |
