Windows 7 64bit GeneSys Dongle not found
Solution When using GeneSys 3.6 on Windows 7 64bit operating system the dongle will not be recognised, resulting in an error "GeneSys could not locate a dongle". This is caused by a conflict between Windows 7 drivers, and the drivers supplied by the dongle developers.

While Windows 7 will automatically install drivers for you, these will not solve the problem however.

To fix this issue, please contact your GeneSys distributor, who will be able to issue you with a GeneSy 64 patch.

This patch should be applied to a standard install of the GeneSys software.
