Name variables can be inserted into an email template to automatically include the recipients first name or family name. It is also possible to insert the subjects name of a 360 session into a rater email template.
When writing the template right click on the screen at the point you wish to insert a name and select the option that best fits your needs:
$FIRSTNAME$ - inserts the first name of the invitation recipient.
$FAMILYNAME$ - inserts the family name of the invitation recipient.
$SUBJECTNAME360$ - inserts the full name of the SELF in a 360 session. This variable will only work when included in a Rater Email Intro.
Although not listed, you can also use $FULLNAME$ to insert a respondents full name.
