 Requested Report does not appear in report inbox.
Solution If you have requested a report and it has not arrived in your report inbox after 20 seconds this may suggest that the GeneSys Online report engine has found an error while processing the report.

If this is the case GeneSys Support have been notified and will be working on the problem.

You will be notified by GeneSys Support when the report is available.
