How do I know what version of flash I am using?
Solution

Flash Player 8 is a requirement for the Online Data Management system. Lower versions of Flash player, however, may result in problems with screen display.

You can identify which version of Flash you are using by right clicking anywhere on the Data Management screen.

It will show you a menu of options. The lowest of these options will say something similar to "about Adobe Flash Player version.....".

As Flash Player 8 is a minimal requirement to run the online system correctly it is essential that you keep your Flash player up to date.

To download the latest version of Flash Player please click on the link below, or alternatively go to our downloads section in the support suite.
