Psytech International offer technical support for all GeneSys products via their dedicated support site and are committed to responding to all support tickets within 24 hours of it being submitted.

 

This month Psytech have responded to a total of 63 tickets from different countries that were submitted to our support site between 1st April and 30th April.

 

Response Times

84% within 2 hours.

8% between 2 and 6 hours.

8% between 6 and 24 hours.
