A feature many of our users have asked for to be included in the new online system is one we have offered our GeneSys 3 software users for many years now.

That is the ability to pay once for a test and then generate as many reports based on that result as they wish.

The existing version of GeneSys Online (v2.0) works very differently from the GeneSys 3 approach. In this you complete an assessment for free and then pay for every report that is produced, even if you have already purchased the report in the past. For users wanting a variety of reports this can prove to be very expensive.

This system is changing for GeneSys Online 3.0 however.

In the new GeneSys Online (3.0) system we are introducing “Report Sets”.

A Report Set is a collection of reports. When generating a report for a respondent, a user will be offered a report set based on the tests the respondent has completed. Each set has its own credit price, and once purchased then every report within the set can be generated for free, as many times as the user wishes. The same set can then be re-scored using different norms at no additional cost.

What’s more, if a user buys a set in English, they also have access to the same set in any other language which the set can be produced in. Also for no extra cost.

Most report sets are going to be fairly basic.

For example:

A respondent has completed the GRT2 battery. The user requests a report and is offered the GRT2 Standard Set for 2 credits. This set contains the GRT2 Standard Report, GRT2 Feedback Report and the option to have the individual element reports.

The user is then able to generate all of the reports now, or just the ones they want immediately. They can come back later and generate the rest at no extra cost.

Things do however get slightly more complicated in regard to 15FQ+.

15FQ+ is one of the main tests available in GeneSys Online. It also has many more report options than any other test. We have therefore split the 15FQ+ report sets into three.

• 15FQ+ Extended
• 15FQ+ Feedback
• 15FQ+ Profiles
• 15FQ+ Derived Dimensions
• 15FQ+ Question Prompts

• The 15FQ+ Advanced Set (6 credits) contains:
• 15FQ+ Competencies
• 15FQ+ Derailer
• 15FQ+ Emotional Intelligence
• 15FQ+ Conflict Styles (coming soon)
• 15FQ+ Behavioural Interview (coming soon)
• And more to be added in the future.

• The 15FQ+ Complete Set (10 credits) contains all of the above reports for 15FQ+ with a 2 credit saving for the bulk order.
